Shopping & Payment

How to order?

You can directly order on our website and follow these steps.

  • Select the product you want to buy.
  • Click "Add to cart"
    (From here you can continue to add more items to cart or proceed to check out) 
  • Review your cart by clicking the bag icon at the top of the page.
  • Proceed to checkout.
  • Fill in the shipping address and select your desired shipping method. 
  • Select your desired payment method and fill in the payment and billing information 
  • Click "Pay now"

Once it's all completed we will email you the order confirmation email. Make sure you enter a correct email and shipping address. 

We will ship out your order within 1-3 days. Once the order is shipped out you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number and tracking link.

Which currency are the prices listed in?

We list all the prices in USD (United States Dollar).

Do you offer secured credit card transactions?

Our credit card payments are processed via Stripe https://stripe.com .
“Stripe is an American technology company that allows individuals and businesses to make and receive payments over the Internet. It is based in San Francisco, California.”

The online cart we use is Shopify, which is used by tens of thousands of other stores, and they handle the security during checkout and pass the credit card details over to Stripe to get processed.

We do not store your credit card information on our end, and we're only able to access the last four digits of the card.

Stripe is used by Lyft, Best Buy, Open Table, Saks Fifth Avenue, and many other online shops.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel any order if we haven't shipped the items out yet. We usually ship out the package the following day, so please inform us as soon as you can.

Products & Sizing

Which sizes do you offer?

We offer S, M, L and XL.

Our products were created by different talented Thai artisans so the sizes can vary depends on the style. We list the measurements individually on each product in the description. Please refer to the size guide page for the measurement guidelines.

The majority of our products were designed to be one-size-fits-most as they are either stretchy, come with elastic or adjustable waist, or have lots of leg rooms.

What is the difference between men's and women's sizes of the same product?

Our classic pants, along with most of our other styles, are gender-neutral.

The pants labeled for men and women are exactly the same in cut and design. We only show them separately with male and female models so everyone can see how they fit on their body type.

What material is it made of?

100% Biodegradable rayon that doesn’t release any microplastics into water.

What is the washing guide?

To keep your pants in excellent condition, please hand wash cold and hang dry.

If you must wash them in the washing machine, make sure that you use the lowest/delicate cycle. You should also wash them separately from other clothes as it will help prevent tangling and tearing. Washing them in a laundry mesh bag will also protect them from getting damaged.

My package arrived damaged/wrong. What should I do?

We sincerely apologize and want to make things right.

Although we carefully inspect every item before shipping, mistakes can occasionally happen.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at info@psypants.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number (e.g., #1078) or the email used for the order
  • Photos of the item(s) in question

We’ll send a replacement package to you as soon as possible.

What are the shipping options?

We offer different shipping methods depending on your country, including standard and expedited options. You can find all the details on our shipping page

How do I get free shipping?

Free for orders over $70 for most country. You can find all the details on our shipping page

Where do you ship from and to?

All items are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Bangkok, Thailand.
We deliver to nearly every country listed on the checkout page.

How can I change my shipping address?

If you added a wrong a shipping address or need to change the address,

  • please email info@psypants.com
  • with your order references (your name, order # (e.g. #HP123456) or email address associated the order)

The address can be changed/corrected if we haven't shipped the items out yet. We mostly ship the items out the following day, so please inform us as soon as you can.

I don’t have my package yet. What should I do?

Shipping from Thailand takes 5–10 days via USPS and 3–5 days with FastShip Express to the United States. Delivery times may vary by country. International shipments can sometimes be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or global events.

If your shipping take longer than time stated above, 

  • please email us at info@psypants.com
  • with your order references (your name, order # or email address associated the order) 

We have a dedicated shipping staff who would gladly assist you with the issue.

My package is stolen/missing! What should I do?

Still haven’t received your order even though your order status says “delivered”? Try checking with your neighbors first to make sure the package didn’t get delivered to their house instead. Sometimes, mail carriers leave packages at nearby doors by mistake (oops!).

Occasionally USPS will mark packages as "Delivered" before they've actually left the package at your address. Typically they show up within 24-48 hours after being marked as "Delivered", so hang tight for a day or two!

If you don’t have any luck there and you still haven't received your package after 48 hours of it being marked as "delivered", just contact us at info@psypants.com and send us your name, order # (e.g. #1078), the email used to place your order. We’ll open a special investigation with DHL and get back to you ASAP with more details on your package status.

How do I track my shipment?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 1–2 days for the tracking information to update. You can also track your package directly using the link provided in the email or you can use our tracking here.

Do I have to pay tariffs for the shipment to USA?

No, US customers will not be charged any tariffs. The de minimis exemption is no longer applicable, but we now cover all applicable tariffs for you. As long as your order is shipped via USPS, you will not pay any additional duties or import fees at delivery. What you see at checkout is what you pay. No surprise bills, no “welcome to customs” fee.

What is your return & exchange policy?

We hope you love all our products. But for whatever reason, you are not pleased with them and would like to return or exchange, we understand.

We will accept return/exchange on all items that were not purchased from any special-on-site sales or any clearance collection. 

All we ask is that the products are returned to us in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

We will accept returns 180 days from the day our products are shipped out. Please make sure you contact us within this 180-day, or you may not be eligible to make the return/exchange.
